Refund Policy

RevClick provides custom digital services to businesses across Europe. All work is scoped and agreed in writing before it begins. Refund terms vary by package — please read the section that applies to your service.

1. Essential & Entry Level Websites — Pay-After-Approval Guarantee

The Essential (€249 + IVA) and Entry Level (€499 + IVA) website packages both operate on a build-first, pay-after model. • RevClick builds your website before any payment is required • You review the completed site and may request revisions within the agreed scope • Payment is only due when you approve the site and it goes live • If you choose not to proceed, you owe nothing — no deposit, no cancellation fee RevClick retains full ownership of the design and code if a client walks away without paying, as compensation for the work invested. There is zero financial risk to the client on these two packages.

2. Middle Level Website — €1,200 + IVA

A deposit of €300 + IVA (25%) is due before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced, as it covers time allocated to planning, scoping, and design. The remaining balance may be paid: • In full on delivery • Via a monthly instalment plan (subject to approval by our finance team) If you cancel after work has started: • A kill fee applies, calculated on work completed to date • The remaining balance is not due • RevClick retains all work produced up to the point of cancellation If RevClick fails to deliver the agreed scope without resolution, any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded in full.

3. High Level Website — €2,049 + IVA

A deposit of €512 + IVA (25%) is due on confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due on delivery. Instalment arrangements are available subject to our finance team's approval. This package includes onboarding, revisions, and 90 days of post-launch support. If you cancel after work has started: • A kill fee applies, calculated on work completed to date • The remaining balance is not due If RevClick fails to deliver the agreed scope without resolution, any prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded in full.

4. Social Media Management

Social media management packages (Starter Social €299/mo, Standard Social €499/mo, Growth Social €799/mo) are billed monthly in advance with a 2-month minimum commitment. Cancellation: • You may cancel at any time after the 2-month minimum • Cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@revclick.es before your next renewal date • Your service continues until the end of the current paid period • No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations • Cancellations during the 2-month minimum are not accepted — fees for the minimum period remain due If RevClick terminates a monthly service without cause, any prepaid fee for the remaining paid period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

5. Google & Meta Ads Management

Ads management packages (Starter Ads €299/mo, Growth Ads €499/mo, Scale Ads from €799/mo) cover the management fee only. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google or Meta and never passes through RevClick. Minimum commitments: • Starter Ads and Growth Ads: 1-month minimum • Scale Ads: custom terms agreed at onboarding Cancellation: • Cancel before your next billing date with written notice to support@revclick.es • Management service continues until the end of the current paid period • No partial-month refunds are issued RevClick has no responsibility for and cannot refund ad spend paid directly to advertising platforms. Any credits or adjustments related to ad spend are handled directly between you and Google or Meta.

6. Growth Systems (RevClick Starter, Growth & Scale)

Growth System packages (Starter €499/mo, Growth €799/mo, Scale from €1,499/mo) are billed monthly in advance with a 6-month minimum commitment. A professional website is built and included free as part of the package. Website ownership: • The included website becomes yours outright after completing the 6-month minimum commitment • If you cancel before completing the 6 months, the website remains RevClick's property — it was built on the basis of the full commitment • Fees paid up to the point of early cancellation are retained by RevClick Cancellation after the 6-month minimum: • Submit cancellation in writing before your next renewal date • Service continues until the end of the current paid period • No partial-month refunds are issued If RevClick terminates services without cause, any prepaid fees for the remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, and website ownership transfers to you immediately.

7. RevClick OS Subscriptions (Lite, Core & Pro)

RevClick OS subscriptions (OS Lite €79/mo, OS Core €199/mo, OS Pro €499/mo) renew monthly. A one-time setup fee applies at onboarding (OS Lite €149 + IVA · OS Core €249 + IVA · OS Pro €349 + IVA). This fee is non-refundable as it covers platform configuration, white-label branding, and onboarding work already performed. Cancellation: • Cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing support@revclick.es • Access continues until the end of the current paid period • No partial-month refunds are issued • Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal date If RevClick terminates your OS subscription without cause, any remaining prepaid period will be refunded in full.

8. Service Issues & Resolution

If you believe RevClick has not delivered the agreed scope of work, contact us at support@revclick.es before taking any other action. We will: • Acknowledge your concern within 2 business days • Provide a written response and proposed resolution within 7 business days • Where appropriate, offer revisions, partial credit, or a refund for specific undelivered items Our commitment is to complete every project to the standard agreed — not to find reasons to withhold refunds.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Please contact RevClick at support@revclick.es before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact are disruptive and costly for small businesses. If a chargeback is filed without prior contact and the work was delivered as agreed, RevClick will respond to the dispute with full documentation of scope, delivery, and communication.
