Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging RevClick for any service. They set out what you can expect from us and what we need from you.

1. About RevClick

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by RevClick, a digital marketing agency based in Spain. Trading name: RevClick Registered address: C. Feria de Jerez, 18, Local 1, 29640 Fuengirola, Málaga, Spain Contact: support@revclick.es By engaging RevClick for any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services covered

RevClick provides the following services, subject to the package agreed at the time of engagement: • Website Design & Build (Starter, Professional, Growth) • Social Media Management (Starter, Growth, Premium) • Google & Meta Ads Management (Starter, Growth, Scale) • All-In-One Growth Bundles (Growth Pack, Scale Pack) • RevClick OS (white-label agency platform) The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Starter Website — Build-first guarantee

The Starter Website package operates on a build-first model: • RevClick builds the website before any payment is required. • The client reviews the completed website and may request reasonable revisions. • Payment is due only when the client approves the site for launch. • If the client chooses not to proceed after reviewing the site, no payment is owed. • In this case, RevClick retains full ownership of the design and code. The client receives nothing — this protects the labour invested in the build. This guarantee applies to the Starter Website package only. Professional and Growth builds require a deposit before work begins.

4. Payment terms

Payment terms vary by package: • Starter Website: payment due on client approval, before launch • Professional Website: deposit (€449) due before work begins; remainder paid monthly over 12 months • Growth Website: structured payments agreed in writing before work starts • Monthly services (social, ads, bundles): invoiced monthly in advance • Custom projects: payment schedule confirmed in the project agreement Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in paused delivery of services. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's terms of service at stripe.com/legal/ssa.

5. Intellectual property

• Once full payment has been received, the client owns the website and all associated deliverables produced for them. • On payment plan packages, ownership transfers fully upon completion of the final payment. • RevClick retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing. • Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their own licences. RevClick will advise the client of any ongoing licence requirements.

6. Client responsibilities

To allow RevClick to deliver services effectively, the client agrees to: • Provide content (text, images, brand assets) within agreed timeframes • Respond to review requests and approve or provide feedback within a reasonable period • Ensure any information provided (business details, offers, claims) is accurate and legally compliant • Maintain any required licences or regulatory permissions related to their own business and advertising Delays caused by the client in providing content or approvals do not entitle the client to a refund or revised timeline at no cost.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations mid-cycle do not entitle the client to a partial refund unless agreed in writing. Website projects cancelled after work has begun are subject to a kill fee based on work completed to date, agreed in writing at the start of the project. Refunds for digital services already delivered are not issued as a matter of course. If you believe there has been a failure to deliver the agreed scope of work, contact support@revclick.es and we will resolve it in writing within 7 business days. RevClick OS subscriptions: you may cancel at any time before the next billing date. No partial-month refunds are issued. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. RevClick reserves the right to terminate services with immediate effect in the event of non-payment, abusive conduct, or breach of these terms. In the event RevClick terminates services without cause, any prepaid fees for undelivered periods will be refunded.

8. Limitation of liability

RevClick will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. However: • We cannot guarantee specific results (e.g. search rankings, conversion rates, revenue) as these depend on many factors outside our control. • Our total liability to a client for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
